Description
This course (book) covers concepts, principles, and guidelines for each aspect of program design (i.e., general principles of exercise, initial consultation, assessments and program design [trigger point release, flexibility, aerobic, strength), exercise technique) for both general and certain special populations. It is designed to supplement CPT material and advance the knowledge of certified personal trainers.
